Refund Policy

Tutoring & Workshops If you need to cancel a session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made with less notice may not be eligible for a refund but can often be rescheduled.

Artisan Products Because our resin, plaster-cast, and hand-painted items are made to order, we're unable to accept returns on completed custom pieces. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Digital Products Digital downloads (coloring books, workbooks, lesson plans) are non-refundable once delivered, due to the nature of digital goods.
